Key responsibilities:
- Verify that entered complaint records are compliant and complete, and in case of deficiencies that they are resolved
- Decide whether a complaint should be reported to the authorities and complete the corresponding forms or systems for this purpose
- Ensure timely response in case of inquiries from authorities
- Escalate unusual or serious complaints to management for awareness
- Ensure that a complaint product is returned for investigation in a timely manner or, if not, that attempts to get the product returned are documented
- Coordinate complaint investigation with responsible departments
- Review the results of complaint investigations for adequacy, clarity and compliance
- Monitor the timeliness of the various phases of the complaint handling process and prevent actions from being implemented late
- At the conclusion of complaints, verify that the file is complete and logical and inform customer service of the outcome
- Generate trending data and summaries of complaints upon request
Skills, knowledge and experience:
- Quality mentality with an eye for detail and a high degree of integrity
- Pro-active, motivated and can-do attitude
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Good interpersonal relationship skills
- Experience in regulated industry is a must
- Bachelor's degree in mechatronics, mechanics or equivalent
